I’m a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Every training plan is built around your starting point, your limitations, and your goals. You don’t need to “get in shape” before you start—we do that part together.

Do I need a gym membership to train with you?

No. You can work directly with Hard Knox Fitness for your sessions. Gym memberships are available separately if you also want access to the facility outside of training times.

What kind of results can I expect?

Results depend on consistency, effort, and how well you follow the plan. If you show up and put in the work, you’ll get stronger, leaner, and more confident over time.
